Cruze Rideshare Inc. Refund Policy

Last updated: 8/25/25

At Cruze Rideshare Inc. (“Cruze”), we strive to provide a reliable and fair rideshare and delivery experience. This Refund Policy explains how refunds and disputes are handled when using our Services.

1. General Policy

  • Refunds are issued at the sole discretion of Cruze Rideshare Inc.

  • No charges will be applied for services that have not been provided.

  • Once a ride, delivery, or food order is completed, charges are generally non-refundable unless determined otherwise by Cruze during the dispute resolution process.

2. Dispute Resolution

  • All disputes must be submitted through the in-app Support Chat feature.

  • Both customers and drivers/delivery partners will be able to view and communicate within the dispute chat for full transparency.

  • Cruze’s Support Team will review the case and make a final determination regarding refunds, credits, or other resolutions.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds or credits may be considered in the following situations:

  • The requested ride or delivery was not completed.

  • The driver/delivery partner failed to arrive or cancel properly.

  • The service provided was significantly different from what was expected or confirmed.

  • Technical or billing errors caused incorrect charges.

Refunds will not typically be provided for:

  • Dissatisfaction with driver/delivery partner behavior (addressed through ratings and support instead).

  • Situations outside of Cruze’s control, including traffic delays or restaurant preparation times.

  • Change of mind after the ride or delivery has been accepted or completed.

4. How Refunds Are Processed

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • In certain cases, account credits may be issued instead of direct refunds.

5. Binding Agreement

By using the Cruze platform, you agree that all refund-related disputes must be handled exclusively within the in-app Support Chat system. External or third-party disputes (such as chargebacks) may result in account suspension or termination.

Legal Disclaimer

  • Cruze Rideshare Inc. reserves the right to deny, approve, or modify refund requests at its sole discretion.

  • The dispute chat process within the application shall be considered the exclusive method for resolving refund and service-related disputes.

  • Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws; however, Cruze’s determinations shall be binding unless otherwise required by law.

  • Drivers and delivery partners are independent contractors. Cruze is not liable for their actions outside of the scope of the Services.
