Cruze Rideshare Inc. – Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Cruze Rideshare Inc. (“Cruze,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) platform, including our rideshare, delivery, and food services (the “Services”). By creating an account, accessing, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.
1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Cruze Services.

By using the platform, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
2. Relationship with Drivers & Delivery Partners

Drivers and delivery partners are independent contractors, not employees or agents of Cruze.

Cruze provides a technology platform that connects customers with independent drivers/delivery partners.

Cruze is not responsible for actions of drivers/delivery partners outside of the scope of Services.
3. Use of the Services

You agree to provide accurate information when registering and using the app.

You may not misuse the platform, including but not limited to: fraudulent bookings, disruptive behavior, or violating applicable laws.

Cruze reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, fraud, or violations of these Terms.
4. Pricing & Payments

Fares for rides, deliveries, and food services are calculated based on distance, time, demand, and other factors as disclosed in the app.

Final charges are presented in the app before booking confirmation.

Payments are processed electronically through approved third-party payment providers.
5. Refunds & Disputes

Cruze’s Refund Policy applies to all rides and deliveries.

Refunds are issued at Cruze’s sole discretion. No charges will apply for services not provided.

All disputes must be submitted and resolved within the in-app Support Chat system.

External disputes or chargebacks may result in account suspension or termination.
6. Privacy & Data Collection

Cruze’s Privacy Policy governs how we collect, store, and use your personal information.

By using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.

All data collected remains the property of Cruze Rideshare Inc.
7. Limitation of Liability

Cruze is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.

Our liability for any claim related to the Services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific ride or delivery in dispute.

Some jurisdictions may not allow certain limitations; in such cases, local law applies.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cruze, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of:

Your use of the Services.

Your violation of these Terms.

Your interaction with drivers or delivery partners.
9. Modifications

Cruze may update or modify these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Cruze is incorporated.

Disputes will be handled exclusively within the in-app Support Chat system unless otherwise required by law.
Legal Disclaimer
Cruze Rideshare Inc. provides a platform connecting riders, delivery customers, and independent drivers/delivery partners. By using our Services, you acknowledge that Cruze is not responsible for independent contractors’ conduct outside the scope of the Services. All liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
